- No guarantees are made regarding approval, monetization, or continued availability.
- Account actions taken by third-party platforms are not the responsibility of VideoExpress.
Advertising & Commercial Use
- Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all claims and representations.
- VideoExpress does not verify ad claims, testimonials, earnings, or guarantees.
- All disclosures and compliance requirements are the user’s responsibility.
Copyright, Likeness & Licensing
- You must have rights or permission for all media, voices, faces, and likenesses used.
- VideoExpress assumes no liability for copyright or licensing disputes.
AI Output Limitations
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate or non-exclusive.
- Similar outputs may be generated for other users.
Prohibited Use, Abuse & Enforcement
Abuse, misleading content, fraud, or repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination, with or without notice where permitted by law.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights or platform policies may have their accounts permanently terminated.
Limitation of Liability & No Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. VideoExpress and its owners are not liable for damages, losses, account bans, demonetization, or third-party actions.
